Ingredients
2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon honey, optional for extra sweetness
2 full droppers of SoCo Hemp Oil Orange | Ginger | Cinnamon (varies per individual consumption)
Optional Extras
2 tablespoons of SoCo Tahini
Chopped Fruit
Coconut Yogurt
Your favorite Muesli
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.
Optional
Toppings: You can add extra fruit, muesli or coconut flakes for added texture and taste.
Fillings: You can use honey or yogurt to coat the inside of the glass to make it more visually appealing for children.
To do this simple drizzle honey on the inside of the empty glass with a fork while rotating the glass, then fill it with the smoothie. Or for the yogurt, pour in half the smoothie, your desired portion of yogurt, then more smoothie and repeat for an extra layer. Then use a fork or straw to create ripples, via moving the fork/straw up and down.
